Interior styling involves consultancy time, design work, and bespoke recommendations. Because these services are tailored to each client, they are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Consultation Bookings

• You may reschedule a consultation with at least 48 hours' notice without charge.
• Cancellations with fewer than 48 hours' notice may incur a reasonable fee to cover reserved time.
• If we must reschedule, we will offer the next available timeslot or a full refund of any prepaid consultation fee.

Design Deliverables

Concept boards, layouts, and styling guides are created specifically for your project. Once delivered, these items are not eligible for return or refund. We provide revisions as outlined in your service agreement to ensure alignment with your goals.

Sourced Products and Purchases

• Where we procure items on your behalf, supplier return policies apply. We will share relevant timelines and conditions before purchases are confirmed.
• Custom or made-to-order items are typically non-refundable unless defective under the supplier's terms.
• For defective goods supplied through us, please notify us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist with the supplier's resolution process.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider. We will confirm receipt of your request and keep you updated on the status.
